Terms of Service
The rules that apply when you order from Teriboy or use teriboy.com. Written to be read, not to be skipped.

On this page
By placing an order with Teriboy, or by using teriboy.com, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not place an order. Nothing here removes any legal right you have as a consumer.
1. Who we are
Teriboy is a teriyaki kitchen operating from 676 Siena Way, Lemoore, CA 93245, serving the NAS Lemoore community — service members, civilian staff and their families. In these terms, "we", "us" and "Teriboy" mean that business; "you" means the person placing an order or using the site.
You can reach us on (619) 730-8655 or at hello@teriboy.com.
2. Orders and the next-day cut-off
Teriboy is a next-day kitchen. Everything is grilled to order, which is why we need a night's notice.
- Orders received before 9:00 PM are prepared overnight and delivered the next day, in either the lunch window (11:00 AM – 1:30 PM) or the dinner window (5:00 PM – 8:00 PM), whichever you selected.
- Orders received after 9:00 PM are scheduled for the day after next. The order form shows you the exact delivery date before you submit.
- You may schedule an order up to 30 days in advance.
- Submitting the form is an offer to buy, not a completed contract. The contract forms when we send your confirmation email. If we cannot fulfil an order — an ingredient fails to arrive, a zone is unreachable, the kitchen is closed — we will tell you and refund anything you have paid.
3. Prices and cashless payment
Prices shown on the menu and order pages are in US dollars and include applicable sales tax unless stated otherwise. Delivery is a flat $4.90 anywhere we currently serve, with no minimum order, and is free on orders over $60. Collection from the kitchen carries no delivery fee.
Cashless payment and your payment code
We accept Zelle, Venmo, Cash App and Apple Pay, and nothing else. When your order is submitted, the site issues a payment code derived from the Julian date — for example 1-26253, meaning the first order of day 253 in 2026.
- Send the exact order total from the app you selected, using the details shown on your confirmation screen.
- Enter the payment code in the memo or note field. It is the only reliable way we can match a transfer to an order.
- Payment should reach us before the 9:00 PM cut-off. An order that is unpaid at the cut-off does not go on the prep list, and we will contact you rather than assume.
- A payment that arrives without a code, or for the wrong amount, may delay your order while we identify it.
Teriboy is strictly cashless. Our drivers carry no money and cannot accept cash or cards at the door. No card details are collected on this website, and we will never ask you for your banking credentials, one-time passcodes or PIN — by phone, by email or in person. Catering and event bookings are invoiced separately and are payable on the day of service unless we have agreed otherwise in writing.
We may correct an obvious pricing error before your order is confirmed. If a corrected price is higher, you can cancel at no cost.
4. Delivery and collection
We currently deliver inside NAS Lemoore — Main Side and Ops Side — with Lemoore town and Hanford to follow. You are responsible for giving us an accurate delivery point, building, command or squadron, a contact number, and any access information needed to reach you.
- We text a narrower arrival estimate on the morning of delivery and again when the driver leaves the kitchen.
- If nobody is available, the driver will call and wait up to five minutes. If you have authorised us to leave the order, we will do so and responsibility for it passes to you at that point.
- If the order cannot be delivered because the details were wrong, because we could not reach the delivery point, or because nobody was there and no drop-off was authorised, the order is charged in full.
- Delivery windows are estimates made in good faith. Traffic, weather and events occasionally push them. We are not liable for consequential losses caused by a late delivery, but see section 5 for what we will do about it.
- Collection at 676 Siena Way is available in either window at no delivery charge.
5. Changes, cancellations and refunds
- Before the 9:00 PM cut-off: change or cancel any order free of charge by phone or by replying to your confirmation email.
- After the cut-off: ingredients are portioned and in the marinade, so changes are no longer possible and cancellations are charged in full.
- Catering, trays and events: 48 hours' notice to change or cancel; inside 48 hours, 50% of the quoted value is payable; inside 24 hours, the full value.
- If something is wrong — missing items, the wrong dish, food that arrives cold — tell us on the same day, with a photograph if you can. We will refund the affected items or replace them on your next delivery. That choice is yours.
Because our food is prepared to order and perishable, it is exempt from the usual statutory cooling-off period for distance selling. Your rights in respect of food that is not of satisfactory quality are unaffected.
6. Allergens and food safety
Our kitchen handles soy, wheat, sesame, fish, shellfish, egg and alcohol (mirin and sake are used in the glaze). We will adapt dishes where we can — a tamari glaze in place of soy, for example — but we cannot guarantee any dish is free from traces of an allergen.
You must tell us about allergies and intolerances when you order, in the notes field or by phone. If an allergy is severe, please contact us before ordering so we can talk through whether we can serve you safely.
Deliveries are packed hot and should be eaten promptly. If you are not eating straight away, refrigerate within two hours and consume within 24 hours. Reheat until piping hot throughout.
7. Catering, trays and events
Catering for ten or more requires 48 hours' notice; on-site grilling events require seven days and a safe, ventilated space for charcoal equipment. Quotes are valid for 14 days. A deposit may be requested for events, and it is refundable up to the cancellation deadlines in section 5.
For on-site events you are responsible for the venue's permissions, power and access. We are responsible for our own equipment, our staff and clearing our service area.
8. Using this website
You agree not to misuse teriboy.com: no attempting to break into it, no automated scraping of the menu or contact details, no submitting other people's personal data through our forms, and no placing fraudulent or malicious orders. We may refuse service or cancel orders where we reasonably suspect abuse.
Form submissions on this site are transmitted through Formspree, a third-party form processor. See the Privacy Policy for what that means for your data.
9. Intellectual property
The Teriboy name, logo, recipes, photography, video and site content belong to us. You may share links and screenshots freely. You may not reproduce our content commercially, or use our branding in a way that suggests we endorse you, without written permission.
10. Our liability
We do not exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
Subject to that, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits, lost business or missed events.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the business changes. The version published on this page when you place an order is the version that applies to it. Material changes will be flagged on the site.
12. Governing law and how to reach us
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, and the courts of that state have jurisdiction over any dispute. If something has gone wrong, please talk to us first — almost everything is resolved with a phone call.
