Every service on this page runs on the same clock. It is the only way we can grill to order at this volume.

Before 9:00 PM — you order
Online, by phone or by email. Catering and event bookings need 48 hours instead of one night.

9:30 PM — we marinate
Proteins are portioned against the list and go into the marinade overnight.

6:00 AM — charcoal is lit
Lunch orders are grilled and glazed first, dinner orders from mid-afternoon.

Your window — it arrives
Lunch 11:00 AM to 1:30 PM, or dinner 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM. You get a text when the driver leaves.

Where we deliver
We are starting where we live: inside NAS Lemoore. Two runs a day cover both sides of the base, and pickup at the kitchen is always an option.

Give us your building, command or squadron and a number we can reach you on. If your spot needs an escort or a gate meet, say so in the notes and we will arrange it when we plan the run.
